The hiring process is pretty long. After you send your application they make you take a short assessment test. Then after that you have to give them a short phone interview. You only make it to the phone interview if you make it to the second stage. This interview was pretty easy. No surprises. They just want to hear you talk about your background. They also made me take a short writing test along with the phone interview. That was not so bad as well. The next stage was taking another longer and harder skills assessment test. Unfortunately, you have to travel to some third party testing site and take the test there. It really sucks if for whatever reason you don't make it to the next stage, which is an onsite interview. That's what happened to me.
