An associate contacted me for a coffee chat, but it was a full-blown interview. Then they told me that I had passed to the next round where I talked with the VP

Usual Questions in IB interviews, Personality Questions, Tell me a deal. The only question which startled me a bit is whether I got a return offer from my current IB Firm.

High quality bullpen, hard technical questions, VP was not interested during interview though. Very grateful to be a part of this process just not the right fit in my opinion.

Entretien
Consisted of 3 initial interviews followed by a superday. Team was respectful, although the technical questions were quite difficult. I get the sense that they make the questions hard enough to the point where even the best candidates don't get 100% success.
