I was contacted via Email and had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager. Basic questions pertaining to my previous experience and resume. He informed me that I would be set up on another phone interview with the company that I would be contracting for. There were a few managers on the line and though I was nervous for my first phone interview (I think I had a hard time not knowing what they looked like, since then I visualize a random person I'm speaking with), they were very professional.
