I met an HR executive who know my name after receiving phone call for interview. I was asked too bring resume, dress professional and got to learn a lot about the company background and how the training program would help me grow the skills I had to learn how too own my great company. I got to spend time with a leader in the company to see what I would be doing and how the company works.
