The process was very quick. Brief phone interview. Scheduled the next day was the panel interview with three people(all of whom became close colleagues and two of which were highly impersonal in the interview). THere was not much information exchange in the interview, it seemed they were hiring for attitude. After the 30 minute panel interview I had a one on one with a high level manager(same day or next, can't remember) which again seemed like an attitude interview and I was offered the position that day or the next by phone, can't remember.
