They called me back a few days after applying online through their website and we set up an interview time. You get to the store you applied to and the manager takes you into the back room for your interview. It’s one interview with the hiring manager (store manager) that took anywhere from 15-30 minutes

Entretien
Typical retail sales interview as far as timing/duration, type of questions asked, level of difficulty. Asked about experience in retail sales prior to the interview & when they discovered I had worked in a management position at another higher-end retail store, the interview was pretty much complete at that point & I was offered the position then & there.

Entretien
Interview process is very easy. It is a group interview with about 6 other people. They ask simple questions and your answers don't have to be perfect. They are mainly looking for individuals who are talkative and have a personality. As long as you participate in the group interview you will be fine. I recommend involving yourself in each question the interviewer asks and just be confident!
