Campus recruiting (submitted resume and cover letter on Exxon's campus recruiting site in advance; invited to interview with alumnus on campus). About two months later, I received an email that I had not made it to the next stage (phone interview). Typical behavioral interview. I think that the interview thought I would be a good fit for a certain division; when I expressed interest in the others, I sealed my fate.

Career fair on campus, took us out to breakfast the following week. Did interviews on campus afterword's. Two engineers were the interviewers very casual conversation but pretty intimidating. ( I need to reach 30 word count )

Talked to recruiter at career fair. Then in person behavioral interview (STAR) after college career fair. Then second interview over the phone, asking about experience, schoolwork, and job preferences. Never any technical questions.

this was one hundred percent behavioral interview. my interviewer asked pointed questions and I didn’t hear back. It was an on campus interview after submitting my resume at a career fair.
