online application - infinity series graduate and managerial numerical reasoning test - telephone interview - face to face interview
test was very standard.
telephone interview 20mins long
questions are:
all standard competency questions:
why apply to exxon,
why the scheme,
biggest achievement,
tell me a time when you overcame a challenge
follow-up question for each question.
interviewed by a HR, so do not talk about anything too technical.
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

Entretien
The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
