J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
I was initially contacted by FDM themselves via email to ask me if I was interested. I did not know how the programmer worked fully so the recruiter told me they would contact me via phone to explain.
During this phone call, I expected just an explanation however they jumped straight into the phone interview which seemed really like just a chat. They notified me I had passed the phone screening and then sent me a link via email for a video interview.
The video interview was 'strength based' questions which apparently focuses more on what you LIKE doing instead of what you CAN do.
Finally, I was invited to an assessment day. This consists of about 3 aptitude tests and 3 interview.
Finally, if you are successful they will email you within a few days.
Questions d'entretien [1]

Offer very low - NZ$40,000 training, NZ$52,000 first year, NZ$54,000 second year. $1,500 relocation bonus for Nz applicants. Software programming job not guaranteed in contract. Great for interview practice but wouldn’t bother actually working there l.

Entretien
I was first contacted by one of FDMs recruitment team who talked to me about the job role and discussed my motivation for the job. They then sent me a link to do a short video interview.
The video interview asked me 4 questons:
1- Introduce yourself
2-Why do you want to work for FDM
3-Why do you like techonology and how do you stay up to date
4-Describe a situation where you have had to be flexible
A few days later I got a call back from the same recruiter and he talked to me about how I could improve my answers to some of the questions, but ultimately he decided to put me through to the assessment centre, which I am yet to go to.
