    Interviewed after a career fair. The interviewer was very nice and gave strong feedback after every answer. The interview questions were very standard (probably because it is campus recruitment.) However, the nature of this job is train to hire and training is requied regardless of your skill level. Thankfully the recruiter outlined this clearly during the interview.

    After a phone screening, I was invited to come to the office for a 1:1 interview. During this previous call, I wasn't asked to bring a printed Resume so I didn't. Once I met this guy, once he realized I didn't bring the print copy I was immediately blamed for not asking to bring it during the call. After giving a brief introduction to my background he stops the interview saying that I was underprepared and underdressed. N.B. If you want a print copy so bad just say it during the call or in an email since in 2020 most companies don't ask for it anymore. I was wearing trousers, a blue shirt, and a grey blazer but because of a small black earring I was called underdressed. I was immediately kicked out of the office like a leper. It's 2020 , stop focusing books by their cover and maybe pay more attention to education and skills.

    There were 3 interviews overall with different individuals (2 phone calls & 1 in person). The interviews went great and I felt like I made a great connection with the recruiters, however in the end it seemed deceiving to where false promises were being made. The leaders made it seem like they wanted me as an employee by speaking about how they would work with me, how I would make a great member of the team, and having training out of state paid for. I also toured the office and later left feeling confident. The attitude was welcoming, but was extremely deceiving to those on the job hunt. They also made a promise of following up within a day saying they needed someone ASAP, but was left on red for over a week. When I contacted asking about the process, they had mentioned they realized they needed someone of advanced background. Overall, the hiring team didn't seem to be on the same page which lead to my experience being negative. There's not many reviews about the Austin location because they are still fairly new and small.

    The interview was quick. It took 30 minutes in total was broken into 2 parts technical and non technical. At times it felt rush but it wasn’t too difficult so no complaints.
