The first round was technical interview covering Networking fundamentals, programming, and Linux fundamentals questions. It was not easy, but I definitely can answer with a strong foundation in the fundamentals.

Best and worst interview ever. One on one initial screening. Best: no memory quizzes or canned scenarios. Instead, showed output of a command and asking me to explain everything I knew in the output. Worst: I said I don't know IPv6, but the interviewer kept asking me IP6 questions, issued more IP6 commands to explain, forcing me to say "I don't know" many times. Repeat for multicast. I'd rather a candidate says "don't know" than guess, so I did too. Maybe a guess would have been better, to demonstrate tenacity or something.

Initial HR process short, technical interview 1 hour. Interviewer was unacceptably late almost 15 minutes. Failed but I guess it was a blessing in disguise especially with the turbulent times in Meta nowadays.

Seems to be standard on the big techs. Recruiter call 30m: Basic tech questiosn and checking if it's a good fit. Tech screen call 45m: deep dive in a few subjects. 5 rounds videoconf, 45m each. Mix of tech and soft skills.

my process is incomplete as I need to do my onsite interview still, so far ive done a phone screen (network and unix theory questions, questionnaire) and coding interview which was arrays and strings

Quite a few interviews but I am always kept inform and I am able to track the progress of it, interviewer are nice and attentive during the interview as well

Not good. It's not as expected as i got. Not much equivalent feedbacks. I didn't like the experience. Google has way better interview process than Facebook. The recruiter called me first, then held an initial conversation and then goes to coding interview round. Took me to the production Engineer, 10 years of experienced guy. The level of the Questions were amazing but couldn't land up
