The procedure consisted of: - video interview with a recruiter (your motivation and understanding of FS/role and some basic financial knowledge) - subsequent aptitude test (consisted of two parts: financial/market knowledge and numerical. Both were not too hard, but brush up on financial market knowledge, fractures etc) - video interview with a recruiter and consultant (same as before but in more detail => focus is still primarily on FS/role) - two face-to-face interviews with 2 consultants, 1 sales, 1 GM (more focus on financial knowledge, previous experience, future ambitions, situational awareness, software knowledge and general 'click') I was not required to do a pitch/presentation during the in-office day.

3 Step process Initial screening with HR First in person interview with Senior Consultant which involved a round table discussion with other candidates and a presentation on your topic of choice. Third interview is a one on one with two senior consultants.
