The application process takes 2 weeks. You'll receive an email first containing the examination (50 items). Once you passed the exam you'll receive an email invitation for initial interview. I've receive mine the next day I took the exam. For the initial interview you'll be ask by the hr about personal information, knowledge about the company, and also technical questions about basic accounting and finance. Once passed you'll be invited for the panel interview (technical questions). The questions were almost the same from the initial interview. The last one is the final interview.
