Formal person to person interview with a professional pilot from the company. Very well spoken and was able to present a relaxing atmosphere that made the interview easier to complete. I would work for this company again in the future.

Simple and easy, just asked about projects, and my takeaways from my classes. It was an easy casual conversation. Looking at my previous experiences. Just had 1 round with 2 managers.
The interview was an hour long panel interview over Zoom, with three interviewers. Two were engineers, the third was a hiring manager. They asked various behavioral questions. The interviewers rotated who asked questions.
