The first time I came in there was a mix up and the gentlemen that was suppose to interview me was on vacation. When I got an interview I came in told Josh what kind of experience I had and he told me what the job was like.
You walk into the front desk and sign in and wait to be seen by the interviewer. Once seen you begin the interview. Followed by questions. Bam interview is done

Meet with employer. Talk for a minute and then they take you on your dock tour. They described the type of job it is and what you would be doing. He explains everything about the company and pay rate.
