you have to pass an online screening, then a phone interview, then a face to face interview. it was fairly easy. nothing to hard. most people are one on one interviews mine however was a group interview. i guess it depends on the managers.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
