I sent in my resume via FedEx. They saw it, and asked me to email it to them. Then, we set up a phone interview. It was a lot of tough questions about CFD, and it was kinda hostile. Felt grilled. Since then I have gotten more phone interviews, and they have all been a lot more pleasant.
