It was very thorough but everyone was kind, gracious, and responsive. Really positive experience all in all. All interviews were done remote but had a very welcoming feel. The recruitment and HR team did an amazing job of keeping me informed throughout the whole process. The founders even took the time to get to know me during the process. Overall, I was very impressed and it made me even more excited about the prospect of being part of the company.

Entretien
The interview process was very structured and efficient. It began with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a skills assessment, a group interview with the hiring manager, and concluded with conversations with members of the C-Suite. I had the opportunity to meet with various team members, which gave me a well-rounded perspective of the company culture and expectations. The communication was clear at every stage, and I always felt informed about the next steps. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized experience!

Entretien
The interview process consisted of a phone screening, a digital assessment, and three panel interviews. The first was with a client services manager and team member, the second with the leadership team, and the third with the executive team. Throughout the process, I was impressed by the level of transparency shown across the board. The teams asked great questions and it was clear that they were not only looking for a technical/skills fit but that a culture fit was very important. Their recruiting team quickly followed up after each interview with clear next steps which stood out from other interview processes I've experienced.
