I was invited to two interviews on site and for the thire and final one with the manager, the first time the manager didnt show up so o had to comeback the next day and once again the manager wasnt there so they arranged a phone call and after having answered all the questions they simply rejected my application without any reason. The company needs more organization

They are very accomodating and helpful most of the time. But the waiting for the interviewer is too long. The interviewer was very kind, it really helps me to talk confidently.

It's a one-day process, and the employer/interviewer is accommodating. But be aware of the long wait because they have too many applicants. You can have your interview online or onsite.
