HR were friendly in the first interview. I was given a 2nd interview a week later, took nearly 12 days to get feedback after that. The feedback to me seem disingenuous, as I had previously written for them in the past about a complex subject, where I showed the critical skills required, but they said the test subject choice did not show the critical skills required, because I maybe chose a slightly less challenging subject. This seems contradictory to me, so I think it was more of a character judgement, where they make something up. I'm fine with negative feedback, but I'd rather receive honest feedback, and not be led on.
