Very long process. 2 interviews. HR not knowing how many interviews I had. Very political and political environment. No offer. Standard rejection answer with no reasoning. Bad experince. I do not advise to get close to this company.

Too long, not much information on the job or role shared. Technical questions asked but were easy enough and role related. Both interviewing persons were professional and welcoming. Was taken around to look at the workshop and meet work colleagues.

What a joke. Interviewer was late, no apology and no introduction of company or her view on the role. All in all call lasted about 10 minutes before she said role was already filled (!). So either she was incompetent or lying because she had decided not to proceed. Overall interviewer could not have been less interested and the entire thing was sour. Found it totally disrespectful in both attitude and time respect of the candidate (and human decency). Glad I didn’t land up there, especially if these are the type of directors they have stacking middle management.

general mechanical and electrical basic questions , talk about your self ,and your graduation project describe it in detail and process of how you done it and your role in the team

is a good interview but isn't easy and the process and time zone is too much but the interview have good knowledge in all the process and science excel , cad, ARcgis aecmap, arcgis online qgis

I received a phone call from HR. I then had an interview over Teams with HR and some managers. They followed up with an offer a few weeks later. Everyone I spoke to was approachable and matter of fact.

Easy . Two rounds . There was a technical round and presentation round . Where a small software was given and you shd to demo how you would automate and wrote test cases

Positive experience during application. Was asked for salary expectation ahead of interview which I provided. Interview was relaxed and a pleasant conversation and I left with a positive impression. However, I was called two days after interview by HR to say that they really liked me but would I consider taking a salary 20% lower than the expectation I provided. I took the weekend to think over it but felt undermining and thought it would not be the best foot to start a new job on. Was prepared for salary negotiations and even to accept salary lower than expectations, but felt this was a low ball offer that was too insulting to pursue or negotiate further. Since this conversation was verbal I selected no "Did you get an offer?", as I did not proceed with negotiations. It has been bugging me since and I would have preferred if they had simply told me if I was not successful at interview stage. Unsure of motives in putting forward such a low ball offer. Fugro has a very high gender pay gap in the UK (>20% in the 2023 report) and I began to worry gender may have been a factor in their approach as any male colleague I spoke to would never have even taken time to think about rejecting low ball offers, especially when salary expectations were confirmed in advance.
