I really enjoyed my initial call with the Director of Talent. Felt very excited about the opportunity and company after that. I moved on to the second round and spoke with the hiring manager. Felt like it went well, but after this call I never heard back from Funnel again. We went from texting to schedule interviews, to them absolutely ghosting me and no longer answering my follow ups. This was upsetting considering the time and effort I put into preparing for these interviews. It's been a few weeks now, and still have not received any answers.

What was a difficult customer experience you had and how did you handle it?
I applied online, then was invited to a phone screening with the recruiter, then I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, then a follow up interview with 2 team members from CS.
