the interview ss process is not hard it just takes time. 1 you have your phone interview with ur simple and typical questions. second you have an online test. the online test is impossible to complete do not get nervous it's okay they simply want to see how you will react and how many questions will have answered. when doing the test the geico interviewer will be on the phone. he or she will tell you not to put the phone on hold. when I did the online test I did it with my wife and yes I put the phone on hold anyway. the 3rd part you will go and meet a manager. make sure you go well dressed but a suit is not needed. again not hard some typical and childish questions, " what do you think you would find most challenging working here"? I told him driving in the snow. I recommend doing as much research from all posters as possible. in the end if you pass you will follow a damage adjuster though-out the day and do a roll-play. if you do not get to the roll-play part you won't get the job... I did not get the job because I told him I had seen online that they do roll-playing at the end he did not like that. (it was like being interviewed by a kid and at the same time I should have known better) the jobs requires extensive training and does not pay well but it's a great start if you want to move on to a better company. most people that do well are "anal" in attitude. and remember geico has a reputation for having incompetent managers (just do your research) so make sure you are okay with that for at least a year until you get some experience and can move on to another company.
