-I sent in my application on a Saturday, including resume and cover letter -Immediately sent personality assessment, from what I’ve heard from people who have worked there, it’s mostly to get a feel about what department you would fit best in -Two days later I got emailed about taking a 45 minute multi-tasking/typing assessment. Make sure you read and listen, it’s all about comprehension and accuracy -The next day I got called to set up phone interview that would last 45 minutes to an hour. I set it up for the next day. -Phone interview began with background information about former jobs and availability, as well as training information. The interviewer moved on to a second phase that was situational questions (i.e.: Name a time…/Describe what you would do if a customer…) I used the STAR method, and referenced specific interactions and situations. The third phase was wrap up and final questions. I asked the interviewer questions about work environment and if they themselves enjoyed working there. -The interviewer enthusiastically let me know they would be moving me on to the next phase and I would be interviewed by the hiring manager depending on how I do with the next phase -I was emailed another simulation, this one roleplay -The simulation allows you to practice and gives advice regarding it -The simulation was immediately followed up by another brief personality assessment -Two days after this I received the email that I did not receive the job. It’s definitely upsetting getting that news after going through all the hoops required to get there. I wish all of you good luck and I hope you do get that offer :)
