Was contacted days after I applied on GEICO.com. Phone Interview for me lasted about an hour with pretty basic questions. Next step was the HireVue computer interview which was quite odd. Suggest practicing before hand. Once I passed this step, I was sent a personality assessment and a critical thinking assessment. After this stage was passed, I was contacted to set up an interview at their headquarters in MD. I flew to MD and interviewed with a manager of the program and an executive. Interview experience was not as rough as I thought it would be. They provided a nice lunch and sent us on our way. I was contacted a couple short days later and extended a final interview at the Regional Office I would like to go to. I interviewed at the RO and it was pretty intense. You interview with a panel of executives. They were nice but very firm about the work load. This phase was the "get to know you" phase to see if you would fit into GEICO culture. Overall a long process so don't expect to be done in a month. It took about 3 months total for the entire process.
