The interview process was good. However, I had to wait for 2 hours for the second round but overall it was good. There were 2 round of interview, one with reporting manager and another with the leadership.

Una ronda de examen estilo GMAT y despues una entreista de caso con un de harvard business en donde nos dividieron en dos grupos de 4 personas y depués tuvimos que analizar el caso y despues negociar. todo esto mientras eramos observados
The interview process includes an Aptitude Test to assess reasoning skills, followed by Interview Round 1 for technical expertise, Interview Round 2 for HR/behavioral fit, Interview Round 3 for managerial/case study evaluation, and a Group Interview to test communication.

On Campus - Aptitude round followed by 3 rounds of interviews consisting of questions on resume, and guesstimates. Each round was highly variable depending on the person taking the interview
