I applied online, and it involved the usual uploading of a resume and cover letter and also a ~45 minute multiple choice test designed to determine your strengths and potential fit with the firm. After completing the application, I was called the next day and asked to schedule a phone interview, 3 weeks out due to scheduling issues with Gallup not having any interviewers available. The questions in the interview were, like mentioned elsewhere on this site, open-ended and interpretive with no feedback offered and the test lasted about 60 minutes. Was informed the next day I didn't make it.

Applied through Linkedin. First round was a test. Second round was phone interview. Third round was an video call interview with hiring manager. Fourth round was video call interview with the internal team
One of the most straightforward processes I've been engaged in. I submitted application materials and took an assessment, and later was contacted by HR for a phone interview for a high level discussion, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager and other associates.

Gallup truly practices what it preaches -- the interview process was both thorough and thoughtful, and onboarding was first-class. While vetting my candidacy carefully, Gallup also offered full transparency about its culture, mission, and the role itself.
