Reaaly fast, they have a high turnover of employees, nothing to worry, the hiring process is really easy, just need to be techy and get sales knowledge, they are not looking to hire personality but ROBOT

    Entretien

    The interview process is divided in 4-5 steps where the only purpose is to repeat everything to 4 people instead of doing it all in one.
    If applying for a role where two languages are required you have to go do a language test (even if this is your native language) with a person at Gartner who doesn’t speak this language fluently.
    The first interview is an introduction interview where you tell things about yourself and they explain Gartner.

    Second stage does include a role play which will be repeated in every other step with every other person. They want to see how you sell Gartner even though they are telling you all about the great six weeks of sales training where you will anyway relearn sales from scratch.

    Third stage is repeating second stage just with a different person. In between every step you will have pre and post calls with the hiring manager to tell you how great Gartner is.
    Fourth stage is repeating the third step just in person.
    In the last stage they try to really sell Gartner to you not explaining why they can’t find any people working for them and why it is hard for them to find people speaking two languages fluent if they are such a great company.
    They certainly can’t meet the average salary of the region.
    Won’t call you back if you were successful or not even though they WhatsApped you before and after every other stage 10 times during the day.
