You will interview with the recruiter who will then forward you on to a manager if you are a fit. You will have a phone interview with the manager, which typically lasts an hour. If the phone interview goes well, you will be brought into Gartner to interview face to face with the hiring manager. If that goes well, you will be brought into a panel interview where you will be asked to do a sales presentation on yourself and why Gartner should hire you.
