Large group interview, 30+ people, that lasts approx. 6 hours. It's not as grueling as it seems. The interview is team based. Meaning 30+ people are divided into 6-8 teams. Management will have the teams work on simple projects relating to the job. They'll focus on how members of the team work together on coming up with a solution to each project. There are 4-6 projects. After, management will conduct individual interviews.
