After going through 3 phone interviews with the plant HR and then Corporate representatives, I was flown in to interview with the Staff. Two panel discussions about "why do you want to work here?" and how stressful the plant is made me wonder if they were honest looking for someone. The plant manager did not talk much but I got the impression that he decided NO within minutes as he excused himself after 12 minutes.
