Phone screening was done couple days ago followed by HR round in which I discussed about my salary package and which went in vein and I was offered 1.5L PA, Then in Ops round regarding Genpact I'm questioned and then about supply chain management, O2C, P2P and aptitude test. But felt bad on time it took for 2 rounds, Morning 11 AM HR round and forced to wait till 6 PM for Ops round.

Entretien
The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
