I had a phone screen with the HR representative. Then, one skype interview with a country manager that lasted about 45 minutes. This was a situational interview were I was given certain situations and finally an in-person interview with a manager.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Geoblink en mai 2019.

    Entretien

The interview process itself was laid out clearly: a screening call with a recruiter, a follow up interview with a manager and a final interview with a VP.

The first two calls were pretty straightforward and the people I spoke with were friendly, my third interview however was totally unstructured and went on for a very long time in this fashion.

However, following the process I heard nothing from the company for close to 3 weeks despite sending several emails and trying to call (no answer). After the final interview I was given no clear indication as to where I stood in the process or how long I should wait before hearing back. The lack of communication was such a huge red flag that I ultimately no longer wanted the job. When I did eventually hear back I immediately followed up for feedback and have since had none, but to be honest given how things have gone I do not expect any now.

Seems like a cool company in an interesting space that needs to work on its processes and management of candidates.

I had a phone call interview first, normal questions, technical aspects and salary expectations, everything was ok. Then it took like a month for sending me a design test. I did it and they proposed me a lower salary range. I decided not to continue in the process

    Entretien

The interview took place over a week more or less. Firstly I had a standard phone call with HR, and then I had a phone cold call session with one of the team. And lastly I had a video call with my now manager and went over some cold calls and went through standard interview questions

Basic interview questions + a cold call roleplay. The interview was as expected. But I think that in a entry level position, judging someone by just one call is a waste of potential. More rounds should be expected.

I feel embarrassed for this company as much as I do embarrassed for myself for actually applying. Applied through Glassdoor and the Hiring Manager reached out for a phone interview. I confirmed the date and time through Calendly which sent me a confirmation email. HM never called on the scheduled day and time so I reached out. She said that I needed to send her a confirmation email over the calendar confirmation email that I had received. Makes no sense since it goes directly to your calendar but ok. Rescheduled and the interview was rushed through: the salary is extremely low (HM even admitted it) and I now get a project to do.

A fair warning to anyone applying to this: don't. The project focuses on how you'd market their product to an Expansion Manager by creating a name for this product, how'd you'd market to them, detail this plan, and create a pop-up notification for it too. This project isn't a hypothetical situation but something the company could actually use for free without hiring you. I wouldn't put it past them, especially considering how long this job has been posted for and they're likely just surfing through for ideas and probably won't really hire anyone in the end.

On top of that, I couldn't even do the project because the product is in shambles. There is no mission statement, no identity to the company, the content is riddled with errors, and it looked like the Product and Marketing department went out for a cigarette break and haven't come back for 3 months.

I told the HM that I couldn't complete this project since it couldn't highlight my skills, experience, and knowledge but listed what they could do from a PMM perspective to get on track. She emailed me back saying that they're going to pursue candidates who could actually complete this "project". I emailed back saying that, again, it's impossible for a good PMM to do this well but was told she would send over my comments to the Senior VP of Product and Marketing. I'm not sure there are enough job titles to subdue his ego, and I still have yet to hear back.

If a potential employee is being treated like this, I wonder what the actual employees go through.
