Entretien
Interview process was multi-staged, and fast paced. Met with multiple team members as well as Snr. Managers. Some elements were technical especially those with direct team members as they identified if you could hit the ground running. Other interviews were more focused on cultural fit which also held a lot of weight.

Entretien
Straightforward and transparent hiring process, with an in-house recruitment tool that made tracking the application easy. Compensation and expectations were discussed early, although the role was reposted before a rejection decision was communicated to candidates.
Phone screen with recruiter followed by hiring manager call. The recruiter failed to follow up with results until I nudged them twice over 2 weeks. Overall neutral experience, but wish they didn’t keep me waiting for so long.
