They have 7-8 interviews, from screening till offering. I have only attended the screening interview. The interviewer was a senior recruiter for "SDR" and she asked very basic personal and technical questions.
The point that, it was really an easy interview and most of it was gathering basic information about my profile. Rejecting me at this early stage was something unexpected at all and when I asked them about the reasons of my rejection they ignored me totally (despite of this transparency value). This left me with suspecting their criteria of selection, maybe they are considering religion, sex, race in their decisions.

Essentially, the interview covered a range of areas, touching on various points across multiple sections, addressing several topics in a moderately thorough way throughout its overall structure and scope. thirty

Went all the way through the interview process only to be rejected. I guess they planned to ghost me. I had to reach out for my reject letter. First interview was with a recuriter, following two hiring managers then with someone in a higher leadership role. Final interview was with a peer. Did require a mock call btw.

It was fair and I was updated along the way. There are not really any complaints from me. Tasks could be paid instead of doing them for free like many companies do for your time.
