The process start with a debate we have given a topic and we have to express our views on that.
In the 2nd round their was a written test which consists of 20 questions 5 Aptitude questions, 5 reasoning, 5 verbal ability and 5 question for general knowledge. And the final round was face to face interview.

fairly easy, it just consisted of two rounds - hr round and managerial round. hr round involved resume screening and the managerial round included just basic usual questions. fairly easy
