Quite smooth…but you can tell it’s a very traditional business.not suitable for young professional…lack energy..working environment not quite good.mold smell in the building. Super old school…they need to change…otherwise hard to survive in 21 century.

Waste of time. Brought me in for an interview and was immediately sat down in front of 4 people in a conference room during a pandemic and grilled for an hour. I was clearly qualified for the position having 10 years of machine design and management experience, a BSME and a PE. Was informed 2 weeks later that they went with a different candidate. That's funny because they continue to advertise for the position. Obviously HR and management are spinning their wheels so that they can pretend that they are doing something productive while they waste the time of job seekers.

I went through a contract house for this job. I was to have a preliminary phone interview with Globe Machining which would then be followed by a more formal interview. I ended up getting a job offer after the preliminary phone interview instead.
