J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google en déc. 2009
Entretien
I applied online. Had a telephone interview but unfortunately wasn't invited to a face-to-face interview. I was given some feedback though. The interviewer was very patient and friendly. He asked me about my motivations for applying for the job, my experience, some things I had mentioned in my application (mainly about a blog I write), about recent product releases and their competitors.
My advice would be do your research. Look up news articles with the keyword Google in them for the past year and try and get an idea of how the business works, how they make money and if possible what the role your applying for entails. And try not to be nervous, they just want calm, interesting and well thought out answers.
