1- External recruiter 2- Team Lead 3- Head of department Overall very easy. I was more probed into my fit to the company culture than my actual skills for the role.
Good had a good experience. Very good interview. People should work hard for the interview. It is easy to crack the interview. All the best for the people. First round was technical, second was manager, third was HR.
4 interviews (45mins each)
There are 4 focus areas and each interview focuses on at least 2 of them with 4 ratings.
There are cases where 'informal chats' may take place (also referred to as 'coffee chats') and you are informed that they are not included in the overall assessment - that said, if any flags are raised, there is a chance another round of interview(s) will be added on though.
