The interview process was a series of job appropriate situational interviews with many members of the specific team one would work with. It was very natural and comfortable, typical situational story telling.

Friendly and very helpful team during the process. Multiple rounds with case study, technical and behavioral questions. Questions about sql, machine learning models, business scenarios and processes. Easy to communicate/reach out with questions.

Really solid people, who asked salient questions. Everyone was super prepared, and made me feel like they had a great team. I had three interviews and then decided to withdraw.

I applied for the position through Indeed on Friday and received an virtual interview from the recruiter on that Saturday to discuss the position. I accepted the invite for the upcoming Monday. That interview went well so she forward my information to the manager and I had an virtual interview with her on Tuesday. The interview went well but I received an email on Wednesday that they decided to move forward. I don’t know if it was too early in the morning for her because she looked like she had just rolled out of bed and there I was dressed and ready to go. She informed me that pretty much everyone at the company was just starting out and had been there up to a year including herself. Everyone worked remote. The company has potential but it also has a high turnover rate. They are looking for good talent but when they find it such as myself they decline it. I looked Jennifer up on LinkedIn and I have more education than she does. She has no prior experience in management. With that being said be aware of people with the ability to hire because they may not have the qualifications to be in the position they are in let alone to manage a department.

The process was alright. Usual leetcode problem interviews, most of my interviewers were nice. Had a total of 4 interviews, call with recruiter -> 1 technical -> 3 round technical interviews

Simple and laid back. Recruiter was very nice and made me feel at ease. Interview felt more like a conversation versus a formal interview. I was hired on the spot

Typical software engineering interviews but much more conversational. Questions were usual leetcode ones, but did not seem as nervous or stressful since interviewers were quite nice. Some interviews ended early but interviewers gave options to have conversation or end the call early.

Signed up through their website, everything is online. No phone or in-person interview. After submitting everything, got an email with instructions to download their app. First day I was shown around the area and where to pick up orders.

They didn't even follow-up after the interview - no rejection, no offer. Didn't reply to any emails. This ghosting was a blessing, as they laid off 1,000+ employees 9 months later
