The process consisted of a phone interview with the branch manager, a in-person interview with the branch manager, and then a final call with HR confirming interests. You are then sent an onboarding link where you access the information needed to set up you pre-employment screen and execute the background search. Follow up process is quick. Interviewed Friday on Week 1, Follow up with in person on Wednesday of Week 2, received offer following Monday, and pre-employment screens completed Friday of Week 3. Results given Tuesday after.
