First round interview with the recruiter was great -- very personable and knowledgeable. Second round interview with hiring manager was severely disappointing. He showed up late, admitted he just came back from a run and therefore was out of breath and in his workout attire. He spoke for the majority of the time (even saying he wasn't sure if this role was necessary), didn't give me the opportunity to introduce myself, and asked me the bare minimum. From someone so high up in the company, he gave a terrible impression.
