Easy as I have got the training at HRB and passed the final exam with over 80% grade. The interview was with the franchise owner of the HRB office that I took the course. A year late, when the franchise was sold to HRB Corp, I had the interview with the District Manager.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.

Brief conversation with the district manager—very polite and professional team. If you need a quick position, I highly recommend applying. Great experience overall and appreciate their responsiveness. That is all
