I had been selected in Interview followed by HR and manager round 3 times in HCL but they did not release the offer at all. They will keep on giving you new dates and at the end after 3-4 months they will say your application has been put on hold. So , all you have to follow up and wait with no output ! Sach a worst and pathetice experience !!!!!

However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner. Additionally, the feedback timeline is very slow, with about 10 days between each round. Because of these delays and the unclear process
