Three interviews, then ghosted. I had to keep following up with HR. Found that the manager wanted to hire a Program Manager instead. Very unprofessional. Manger never contacted me of decision after third interview. Also, manager gave a very poor first impression of the company. Applicant Beware!

Fairly easy process, however, as the three interviews progressed, I found out I had more experience than the job entailed. Also seems the team was maybe seeking an applicant more in their age range.

The interview was conducted in two phases, the first was a phone conversation with the manager and the next phase was a one on one meeting with two managers . The questions were basically directed at assessing my customer service skill, such as how have you dealt with an unhappy customer in the past, what is your approach in dealing with customers especially the difficult ones

Went through 3 different 30 minute interviews; was told to not accept any other offer and that I was #1 on their list. Didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks then asked what was going on and was told they went another direction and that they were sorry and to reach out in the future for future job opportunities.

Applied twice for the same position, although months apart. The first time, the initial communication was with HR before moving to the hiring manager. The second time, the initial communication was with the hiring manager because he remembered me from the first time. Both times, it was radio silence after talking to the hiring manager. Which was disappointing because the very least I expected after two separate occasions was some news on whether or not they’d move forward with me. Recently saw an opening for the same position yet again. Making it the fourth time in about a 7-8 month period. At this point. I have to wonder if the team is expanding or if there’s a high employee turnover. Or if they simply have no intention of filling the position and are just harvesting resumes instead. In any case, the whole thing seems very weird and sketchy.
