The phone interview only lasted less than 2 minute. After the recruiter asked my visa status, the recruiter did not even care about how much ability the candidate has and how much time the candidate spent on preparing for the interview. The recruiter just said Hallmark never sponsor any working visa. Now I understand why Hallmark is such a obsolete company and lacks international view.
Mine was one day: meet with HR, then manager (my boss) , then the senior manager. The whole process was 2hours? Well I talk a lot so your might be shorter. They are very nice.

First I had one interview with an HR rep; after passing that, I was scheduled for several interviews in one afternoon with various art directors and editorial directors. All interviews were remote and over video call.

Stood in line, showed portfolio to Hallmark employee, received golden ticket to have HR interview on site. Brief interview with HR college recruiter during career fair at university. Applied online, HR called with offer about five weeks later.
