it was really easy process. its almost like they are begging to have people work for them. Then you start working there, you realise why they need people so badly. never seen such high turnover rate.

    Walked in through job forum, had a short conversation with their director and got an interview very soon. The third stage was the 3 hrs assessment center, challenging but rewarding. Consisted of role-playing and behavior exercises. They are all very nice and it was a great experience.

    1st stage - phone interview, just talked about yourself and what makes you interested with the company.

    2nd stage - phone call/face-to-face with the manager; talked about the process of recruitment and your goals.

    3rd stage: assessment - there are 4 exercises on this stage

    4th stage: talked with the manager from the location that you asked for.

    I had 3 interviews at the Boston Career Forum 2018.
    Walked into an information session, spoke with a very tall man named Mike.
    Very friendly, handed him my resume and was asked to come back for a second interview.
    The second interview was about 15 minutes long, more like a chat than an interview per se. Was then asked if I was interested in attending the Assessment Center. It was held with 10 other people and was 3 hours long. It was long and difficult but so informative, and my interviewer had some great advice to give everyone. Everybody working at the booth was extremely friendly and easy to talk to.

    Attended the Boston Career Forum.
    First interview was rather casual, it took place at the Hays booth within Hynes Convention Center. Upon the end of the interview, I received approval to attend the assessment centre.
    The assessment centre is a group assessment, my peers and I were put on the spot to give impromptu sales presentations, role-plays of a headhunting call, or a talent pitch. After the assessment centre, I received a conditional offer, which would later be followed up by meeting with team directors and the actual contract.

    The interview first started with a phone screen with a recruiter, pretty normal questions about yourself and what you do. Then face to face interview with manager. This interview was not difficult but not easy. Questions about what you do, what do you know about Hays, and questions to see how you think. Next interview was role play. Role play was not easy as it is intimidating to do a role play in front of managers. However they know you don’t know what you’re doing and only do this to See how you talk and how you apply their feedback. Then was called in another day for shadowing. Gave me some tasks like pick the best candidates from a few resumes and call some candidates. Overall it was not a really difficult experience but it was not easy. If you show passion and motivation you may get the job.

    Telephone interview by internal recruiter. This was brief to gauge interest and was followed by a face to face interview by a senior consultant. This was competency based and went through my CV. Heavily probed to reasons behind applying. The final stage was a Power point presentation delivered to a Director and Senior Consultant followed by further competency based questions and role plays.

    It was a vigorous process which determined whether or not we really wanted this role. We were required to demonstrate energy, commercial awareness and social skills through a four stage process but the feedback was quick and definitive.

    After a telephone interview, I was quickly invited to meet the internal recruiter before being asked to attend a group assessment centre where the Director attended. There were a few role plays and commercial questions but they were mainly looking for who had the motivation and desire to succeed
