    The first round was over the phone, followed by face to face 1-1 interview, next is the assessment center. overall it was a pleasant experience, I have a better understanding of recruitment. Not really sure how the inner management would be, but they seem to provide trainings and develop you as compared to other companies.

    There were three rounds: one phone screening and two on-site interviews. Each interview was conducted in both Mandarin and English. First round: with a HR. Second round: onsite with the same HR staff. Third round: with the hiring manager.

    The first open day is pretty standard fare, you come in, hear the sales pitch and take part in a few group activities. The second stage is where matriculation really begins, you sit around a table with 11 other candidates and take part in group activities all of which involve you being able to talk and present yourself so make sure you are good at that. The most entertaining (and hardest) test of the day is siting back to back with the leading interviewer and simulating a call to a client, you will have no idea what to do going in, but you don't have to, listen on the day to what you are told and just do your best. Finally if you get through this you will be invited back for an interview with the directors who you will be working for, at this point the process is yours to mess up, do the relevant research on the people you are meeting and you'll do great
