I applied via Handshake (college job posting app) and got a referral from my boss from the previous summer. I had one 30 min phone call with an editor and a follow-up interview via Skype interview with the entire team that I would be placed on

The interview was fine normal. I really felt like I had to lead the interview, asking most of the questions, the interviewer seemed shy. They described position to me and what some of the work would be like.

I was asked questions about my personality, interests, and habits. The interviewer wanted to know about my time management skills and being organized. She made sure I didn't mind doing a lot of research.
