Never ever go there if really value your time. You can spent hours to do coding assignment and then in second round they can judge you in 10-15 mins how good you are ,didn't expect such hiring process from german company.
First Round : Coding assignment
Second : skype call with head of engineering.

After HR interview, they invited me to 1 on 1 with CTO and later with their 2 senior developers. CTO will explains the company situation and he asks some basic question why i want to join HR and what i plan to do in the next 3 years. He explains that they are a young startup company and growing right now. He wants me to bring impact to company instead of only doing my 8-6 works.

It was fine. I have first talked with the hr and got the brief info about company. Then they sent me the react coding challenge which is relatively easy. After that I have done skype with 3 technical people. Questions are about the javascript and react based. Then I have one more skype call with the CTO.

I have applied through StackOverflow. I got scheduled an HR Call which is related to salary expectation and my experience.
Second, I got an assignment to complete within four days. I spend around 15 to 20 hours to complete. If I am talking about assignment basically it is Restful API.
Third, Around 1hours technical interview. Question about Microservice, Hibernate Transaction, Java8,Restful and Collections.

Kurzes Gespräch würde gedrängt den Arbeitsvertrag danach noch vor Ort zu unterschreiben , sehr unprofessionell. Unvergütetete Überstunden werden vorausgesetzt, schlechtes Arbeitsklima. Vorgesetzt sind inkompetente und Rücksichtlos. Sicherheit ist mangelhaft und Kundendaten sind unzureichend geschützt.

Interviewed with CTO, everything went well then I got an email from 4 days with rejection. I had no idea why.
I also wonder how that guy was CTO of the company.

I liked the interview with HR. Unlike other interviews there was a simple question on the gumption and basic math. However technical interview disappointed. The interviewer did a lot of "strange" statements and questions. For example he asked if we used Apache Camel as ESB and said that they use Cucumber for integration testing.
I came to the conclusion that they either may have a weak team in terms of knowledge of the
correct use of modern technology stack or this is kind of "puzzling" interview where the interviewee should always disprove interviewer statements or he would not fulfill the test. The latter can say about other shortcomings, such as "blind adoption" and "one truth" about fashion concepts in the team. I did not pass the interview and they called as reason that despite of my great skills their developers decided that I didn't fit the overall profile of a senior developer, what they're looking for. I guess the company which is transparent and respecting their candidates must give a more meaningful answer to the question.
